Get Paid to Share Bluzi AI

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Bluzi AI ("Company"), a Delaware corporation, and you ("Affiliate"). By participating in the Bluzi AI Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. "Affiliate" refers to the individual or entity that applies to and is accepted into the Bluzi AI Affiliate Program.

1.2. "Commission" means the percentage of Net Revenue paid to Affiliate for Qualified Referrals.

1.3. "Qualified Referral" means a new customer who (a) clicks through Affiliate's unique tracking link, (b) purchases a subscription to Bluzi AI, and (c) remains a paying customer for at least 30 days.

1.4. "Net Revenue" means gross revenue received by Company from Qualified Referrals, less any refunds, credits, or chargebacks.

2. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

2.1. Affiliate will earn 10% commission on Net Revenue from Qualified Referrals for the duration of the referred customer's subscription.

2.2. Commission will be calculated based on the subscription plan purchased by the Qualified Referral:

• 10% on monthly subscription payments
• 10% on annual subscription payments

2.3. Commission is only earned on actual payments received by Company. No commission is paid on trial periods or free subscriptions.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1. Commissions will be paid monthly via PayPal or bank transfer between the 1st and 5th day of each month for the previous month's Qualified Referrals.

3.2. Minimum payout threshold is $100. Balances below $100 will roll over to the next payment cycle.

3.3. Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment information and any tax documentation required by Company.

4. AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS

4.1. Affiliate agrees to promote Bluzi AI in an ethical manner consistent with industry standards and all applicable laws.

4.2. Affiliate may not:

• Engage in spamming or unsolicited email marketing
• Bid on or use "Bluzi" or variations as keywords in pay-per-click campaigns
• Make false or misleading claims about Bluzi AI
• Use cookie stuffing or other deceptive tracking practices
• Create fake accounts or self-refer

4.3. Affiliate will comply with all applicable FTC guidelines regarding affiliate disclosures.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. Company grants Affiliate a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Bluzi AI trademarks and marketing materials solely for promotion of Bluzi AI under this Agreement.

5.2. Affiliate may not modify Company's trademarks or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. TERM AND TERMINATION

6.1. This Agreement begins when Affiliate is accepted into the program and continues until terminated by either party.

6.2. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice.

6.3. Company may terminate immediately for violations of Sections 4 (Affiliate Obligations).

6.4. Upon termination, Affiliate will receive earned but unpaid commissions, provided they meet the minimum payment threshold.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

7.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between parties regarding the Affiliate Program.

7.2. Company may modify terms with 30 days notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of new terms.

7.3. Affiliate is an independent contractor. Nothing creates an employer-employee relationship.
